We are proud to announce the successful delivery and commissioning of our latest wood recycling processing line, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to providing comprehensive waste management solutions. This project represents months of dedicated engineering, meticulous planning, and close collaboration with our client to deliver a system that transforms waste wood into valuable resources.
Project Overview
The newly delivered wood recycling line is designed to process a wide range of wood waste materials, including construction and demolition timber, pallets, crates, furniture offcuts, and mixed woody debris. With a processing capacity of 10–15 tons per hour, the system is capable of handling feed materials up to 1,500 mm in length and 1,000 mm in width, efficiently reducing them to output sizes ranging from 30 mm to 300 mm depending on downstream requirements.
Advanced Equipment Configuration
The complete line features a carefully orchestrated sequence of robust machinery. At the front end, a powerful primary shredder equipped with heavy-duty cutting rotors breaks down large and bulky wood pieces. This is followed by a secondary grinder for finer size reduction, ensuring consistent particle dimensions. An overband magnetic separator removes ferrous contaminants, protecting downstream equipment and improving product purity. The integrated screening station classifies material by size, with oversized fractions automatically returned for re-grinding through a closed-loop conveyor system. A cyclone separator and dust collection unit complete the line, ensuring clean and safe operation.
Innovative Features for Superior Performance
Several advanced features set this wood recycling line apart. The intelligent control system monitors real-time operational parameters such as motor load, material feed rate, and bearing temperatures, automatically adjusting throughput to prevent overload and maximize efficiency. The heavy-duty construction with wear-resistant steel liners ensures long service life even when processing abrasive or nail-embedded wood. Additionally, our proprietary quick-change screen system allows operators to switch between different output specifications in under 15 minutes, offering exceptional flexibility for clients who produce multiple end products.
Tailored to Client Needs
This project began with a thorough assessment of our client's raw materials, site conditions, and production goals. We designed the layout to optimize workflow while minimizing floor space and material handling distances. Our installation team provided comprehensive on-site supervision during commissioning, and we have delivered extensive training for the client's operators and maintenance staff. The after-sales package includes a full spare parts inventory and remote troubleshooting support to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Sustainable Impact
For every ton of wood waste processed through this line, approximately 0.8 tons of clean wood chips are recovered, ready for applications such as particleboard manufacturing, biomass fuel production, animal bedding, or composting. This helps divert wood waste from landfills, reduces methane emissions from decomposition, and lowers demand for virgin timber—making a tangible contribution to environmental sustainability.
Looking Forward
This successful delivery demonstrates our engineering capabilities and commitment to excellence in wood recycling. We are currently engaged in several similar projects across the Asia-Pacific region and welcome inquiries from clients looking to establish or upgrade their wood processing operations. With this line now fully operational, we look forward to seeing the positive impact it will bring to our client's business and the environment.
